Bear Point in Pigeon Forge

First of all, let me start by saying that the minute my family and I turned the corner to drive up the mountain, we came upon a momma bear, and at least two of her cubs making their way up a tree. This set the mood and pace for the entire rest of our stay. Driving up to Bear Point, you turn that corner and are immediately met with a wide, long driveway that could easily fit a few vehicles. The vantage point the cabin had at the top of the point, perfect. From the front porch, to the gazebo, following a mossy cobble stone like path, the magic met us at every turn. Walking in to Bear Point, my family and I were immediately impressed. The cabin was pristine, and obviously very well kept and cared for. The porch out back made for a wonderful place for the kids to safely play while enjoying the great outdoors. The layout of Bear Point was perfect for my family of 5, and easily accommodated all of us with some room to spare. This experience was wonderful to say the least, and I would bring my family up here every year if we can. If you are looking for a beautiful, well kept, spacious cabin to enjoy the energy and power of the Great Smoky Mountains, this is the one for you. 5 star cabin all day!

This was our 3rd stay in the Gatlinburg area & this was our favorite place so far. We loved the privacy. We had bears visit us our 1st 3 days which was exciting. The cabin was clean & well stocked. The king bed was a little too firm for me but was fine after the 1st night. We will definitely try to stay here our next time back.

We enjoyed our stay at our rental. We found it very clean. The check in and check out instructions were very thorough. We appreciated the three ring binder in the cabin. It had a lot of information in it. I appreciated that in our particular cabin all of the light switches were labeled, which was helpful being in an unfamiliar home. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. The back porch was huge with plenty of seating. We would rent this cabin again.

I highly recommend renting a cabin from bear camp. Our whole experience was great! The check-in and check out were clear on what expectations were and directions, and everyone was super friendly. We stayed at bear point and it was somewhat difficult to navigate to- would not recommend if you have a truck unless it is smaller as the curves were sharp. The cabin was clean and everything worked properly. Bear camp provided a starter pack and explains everything that is in that pack as well as other items you may want to bring. We will for sure be staying with them again on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Once again, I highly recommend them!
