We absolutely LOVED By the Night. It was central to EVERYTHING! We drove one minute across the street to the Patriot Park Transit Trolley and rode to Dollywood and a few other places and did not have to deal with traffic. Also, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy! It was a quiet area, and we were super pleased! Also, Ashley in the office is an absolute angel! She made our stay special and made us smile. Quiet, clean, spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was good, the parking, the staff and the room. The bed was comfortable too! The refrigerator was great since it was a decent size with a separate freezer and fridge. We were able to eat in for several meals because of all the room to keep items. Our room had a table with two chairs to enjoy our meals. You could sit outside on the benches if you wanted some fresh air. The room was secure and easier to manage with the door code and not having to keep up with a key card. We had a ceiling fan! The place was very quiet, we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep the four days we stayed. If you are looking for a clean quiet comfortable place to relax after seeing all the sites this is the one for you.

Room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of beds for our family of 4. The location is perfect. It's on the main road in Pigeon Forge, across the street from the Old Mill. The room is located over a couple of stores that are closed now. So from the outside, it looked like it was just an empty store front, however, on the inside you have everything you need with a lot of room. We definitely plan on staying again.

When we saw the location of the room we thought it was going to be very noisy, but it was extremely quite. The only bad thing was the steps going up to our room, haha.

We would have given Bear Camp a 5-Star rating if an evaluator had been on property, it was an inconvenience for my 80-year old mother to have to climb the stairs, and if an ice maker had been available on the property. So excited to find that Bear Camp had taken over this location. My husband and I have been staying at the same place for 29 years and it had closed this past year. We always go the Shades of the Past Car show and it was not going to be the same , but to our surprise the ladies were in the office and we got to stay in the same room !! The staff treated us so nice!!! So helpful and thoughtful also. The rooms were so clean and we felt so blessed that we were at home away from home. Price was excellent and getting to stay here was a Gods blessing. Thanks to all the staff!! Can\'t wait to come back!!
