The staff at the front desk we great. They gave us suggestions for restaurants that were just a walk away. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a fireplace in room which I did not expect. It made our stay more romantic. We will be staying there again on our next vacation to the Smokies.

Everything was up to par except all the housekeepers blocking parking lot in morning making it impossible to back out of parking spots to exit parking lot and them making no effort to rectify situation when asked.

We were just there the beginning of April and we stayed in room #131. It was very clean and nice. The staff there was very polite and gave us our privacy. It is right on the strip but it quiet so the best of both worlds. When we decide to come back we are definitely going to book a stay with them again!!!
