Smoky Vista Resort

Smoky Vista Resort is where big gatherings finally feel effortless—where reunions, retreats, and group getaways unfold across mountaintop views, fresh Smoky Mountain air, and two beautifully designed homes made for connection.

Perched high above Gatlinburg in a peaceful ridge-top setting, this private resort experience pairs sweeping treetop views with the comfort of spacious, thoughtfully renovated interiors. From the moment you arrive and pull into the level parking area, the pace slows. The mountains stretch out in every direction, and the reason for the trip becomes clear: this is a place meant for being together.

Smoky Vista Retreat sits directly in front, a warm and inviting 6-bedroom home designed for easy group living. Inside, the main level brings everyone together with a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, and a large dining and living area that naturally becomes the heart of the home. Bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across all three levels, including multiple king suites, a bunk room for kids or groups, and private spaces that still feel connected to the main gathering areas. A game room brings energy into the evenings with pool, multicade games, and a cozy fireplace, while outside, the covered hot tub and deck seating offer a quieter kind of relaxation—especially when the mountain air turns cool and the stars come out.

Just steps away, Smoky Vista Lodge offers a grander, lodge-style experience with three levels of rustic elegance and panoramic views. Exposed wood beams, brick flooring, and walls of glass create a space that feels both timeless and expansive. The main level centers around shared meals and shared moments, with a large dining space and a kitchen built for group cooking. Just beyond, an oversized deck becomes an outdoor living room, complete with multiple picnic tables and a grill overlooking the Smokies.

Upstairs, king suites offer private retreats with fireplaces and deck access, including a stunning master suite designed as its own escape within the home. Downstairs, the lodge transforms again into an entertainment hub—shuffleboard, pool, poker, arcade games, and movie nights all sharing space with additional king and bunk rooms, making it easy for every guest to find their own rhythm within the group.

Across both homes, outdoor spaces are just as important as the interiors. Expansive decks, multiple seating areas, fire features, and mountain views that shift with the light of day create a constant reminder that you’re somewhere special. Morning coffee feels calmer here. Evenings feel longer. Conversations linger.

At Smoky Vista Resort, there’s room for everyone—without ever feeling like you’re crowded together. It’s designed for shared meals, late-night laughter, quiet corners, and unforgettable group moments, all set against one of the most beautiful backdrops in the Smoky Mountains.

This isn’t just a place to stay for a group trip. It’s where the trip becomes the memory everyone talks about later.

The cottage is not included in the resort.
