We realize there is a lot of concern right now about the Coronavirus and how it might impact your vacation plans. Our cabins are a wonderful place to stay safe away from it all while enjoying the luxuries of your home away from home.
We are working closely with our local Department of Public Health agencies and following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. We want you to feel confident in visiting our properties and we are taking the following measures:
- Remote Check-In: You do not need to come to our office on the day of Check-in but can instead go directly to your cabin. You will receive the door code for your stay the day of arrival via e-mail after 3:00 PM.
- Extra sanitization: While the cleanliness of our units is always a top priority for us, we are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our guests and housekeepers. Our housekeepers are cleaning all surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, and other items throughout our cabins between each stay with EPA-approved disinfectant and following the CDC guidelines found at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/cleaning-disinfection.html
Our private cabins are a great place to relax and enjoy our in-cabin entertainment as well as social distancing in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. All our hot tubs and pools are treated and safe to enjoy (see https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/water.html). And we have toilet paper!
