Reflections Cabin was as shown, GREAT! Including location! We enjoyed the separation the cabin offered. Great for working and/or multiple families. Only complaint-silverware for eating is limited. Greatest compliment goes to the ENTIRE staff at Bear Camp Cabin Rental. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL! You just don't find/get people that seem to care about that anymore. I even messed up my booking at first. When Husband called to ask if we could change, they were extremely nice and accommodating. They even cared enough to call me to make sure I had check in code for arrival when my email sent auto response that I was out of the office! PHENOMENAL amazing service! I would definitely stay in Reflections again and most definitely am telling everyone about Bear Camp Cabin Rental!!!! Happy Travelers from FL :)

The cabin was clean and as pictured. Very pretty setting and everything was in working order. The Mountain View was obstructed quite a bit by neighboring cabin trees, so that was a little disappointing. Great location if you plan to spend days in pigeon forge but want to be away from the strip in the evenings.

We've never used a company to rent a cabin before but we will always use bear camp cabins from now on. Our cabin, Reflections, was so close to town but the view from the patio was absolutely amazing! The cabin was very nice! We loved being able to cook our meals on the grill and in the kitchen, so it didn't cost at much to eat out. Bear camp cabins called the day after checking in just to see how things were. Loved having the pool table & hot tub there as well! Can't wait to stay again!

Cabin was exactly as pictured. Beautiful mountain view from the balconies and we could see the fireworks from Dollywood every night. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect, out of the way of the busy parkway but still close enough to be able to run back to the cabin to drop off leftovers after eating etc...We had to have the maintenance guy come out once to replace the battery in a chirping smoke detector and he was very friendly and gave us some great ideas for dinner options. We will stay here again.

We had the best time! This cabin is really roomy, clean, and very well maintained. It is in a perfect location so if you are going to Dollywood, shopping at the Tanger outlets, or just hanging around Pigeon Forge. We were able to watch fireworks from the hot tub every night of our stay! Absolutely Awesome! We will definitely stay with Bear Camp Cabins again and probably in this cabin! I cannot say Thank you for a great stay enough!!!
