Completely the best experience I had in a long time, I was unsure how everything was gonna work out but the staff was so helpful during the trip I couldn't believe it .The cabin was better then I expected it . The cabin was wonderful. It is a combination of rustic and modern, well furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs, nicely and tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The two separate bedrooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. It is also by itself and surrounded by trees so it was very quiet. No traffic noise either. Great cabin.

We did have one issue. The second day, we were enjoying the hot tub in the afternoon after a long morning hike when a vehicle pulled in. A guy got out, grabbed a weed trimmer and started trimming around the cabin. We got out of the tub and went inside figuring he would be done in 20 minutes or so. Well, he finished the trimming in 20 minutes then proceeded to use a very loud blower to blow leaves from around the cabin into the woods. This went on for 1 1/2 hours when I finally told him to leave and that I was calling the management. He left. When we went back to the hot tub, it was full of leaves and the carpet around the tub was also covered in leaves.

If you can avoid the groundskeeper, this is great property to enjoy.

We had a great time! Our entire family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The cabin was conveniently located to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville but was nicely out of the way of all the busiest tourist areas. It was peaceful and had beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little cabin tucked away. Saw a bear on the second day we were at the cabin! Don't use GPS to get you there, use the directions provided because GPS led us to the road above the cabin. All in all it was a nice experience and getaway!

We stayed in "Bear Den" cabin. It was the last cabin at the top of the hill. It was great! Very clean, very private, and secluded. If you want to be totally off the grid, Bear Den cabin is the one for you. We loved it! There is not view. But we did not mind. No reception at all. T..V and cell phones did not work. We did bring DVDs but did not watch them. Too busy enjoying the cabin. The free activities and discount tickets were a plus.

Easy to check in and out. Loved the cabin. The roads there aren't too steep. The directions aren't exactly accurate there but we did find it eventually. The cabin is well maintained and had all of the conveniences of home. It does offer a DVD player which isn't listed on the amenities. The views were lovely and the covered porches were a great addition during the hail storm. We also were blessed with a few visiting eagles, squirrels, several birds and a raccoon.

We loved the Bear Den and our overall experience with Bear Camp Rentals. It was the perfect weekend hiking getaway for myself and my boyfriend. The Bear Den cabin was more than enough space for the two of us and was beautifully designed and decorated. We had pretty much everything we could need to be able to have a relaxing weekend without running into town too much. Also, everyone on the staff we interacted with was more than pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be repeat guests!
