Super easy check in procedure. So nice to be able to just go to the cabins and not have to deal with a check in desk. Cabins are very well kept and supplied nicely with items for your stay! Definitely will be returning!

We have used many different cabin rental companies in the past. This was by far the best!! It was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The kids loved how the coffee table doubled as a Foosball table! We will definitely rent from here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. Easy access. Not far to drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but far enough away from the heavy traffic with lost of restaurants nearby.

We had a great time during our stay there. Such a quite peaceful place to enjoy and unwind. I couldn t resist bringing a few smaller river rocks back home with me. I should have asked first. Hope I m not in any trouble. We plan to come back maybe next year. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. May God bless you and your staff.

Perfect. Cabin was exactly as pictured. Close proximity to all the attractions. Only complaint would be wish we had a view of the mountains instead of just trees

My wife and I had a great experience with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals we will be using them for our next year getaway to Pigeon Forge.The staff were very helpful and polite, the cabin was perfect (clean, cozy, & well-designed), and the location of the cabin was very convenient.I highly recommend this company. The cabin itself was nice. Great location in regards to Pigeon Forge. Just far enough out it isn't super busy. Just minutes from a grocery store. The cabin was pretty nice. Has wifi but it was spotty. We loved the hot tub. Everything else was nice but the dishwasher didn't work and the towels smelled like someone had been smoking around them. Im guessing those issues are unique to that cabin/visit. We would return.

We love the cabin. It was just the right size for the 2 of us. The decor is as adorable. I would definitely rent a cabin from Bear Camp cabins on my next trip.

Cabin was so much more than we expected. The small touches and interior designs made it feel like home. Every comfort was thought of. Conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We absolutely loved our cabin. It was just perfect for my husband and I. The cabin was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It felt just like our own home.

The staff at the check-in were very friendly in person and on the phone. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin. The only issue we had was that the bathtub would not completely fill up with warm water even though we followed the specific directions on this. This cabin was perfect for our two-night getaway. We loved the area; it is about 30 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and only about 15 from Pigeon Forge. I would recommend this cabin and Bear Camp Cabin Rentals to my friends and family.

This was our 2nd time staying with bear camp and my husband and I will continue to use them for our yearly stay. They have Wonderful customer service! They cabins are gorgeous!

Really impressed with how clean the cabin was. Loved the free attraction tickets. Was surprised with how close the other cabins were to our cabin. We couldn\'t hear the neighbors but I was expecting something more secluded

The cabin was nice, very clean! All was functional and working condition. Have stayed with other rental companies and various cabins in the Smokies with much disappointment. Hot tubs didn\'t work, fireplaces, dirty facilities, etc.
