Very nice cabin, nicely decorated, very much enjoyed our stay.

This room was nice and intimate for a couples trip. Everything inside of the cabin worked properly. I enjoyed the hot tub that was located on the back balcony. I have no complaints on my stay here. I would come back to stay.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. It was cozy, quiet, and peaceful. We were close to all the attractions but far enough away that it was quiet and calming. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to start the morning and the hot tub was perfect to relax at night in. We didn t want to leave! I hope we can return each year. I would highly recommend!

There was a rental manual on the table that let's you know several things including wifi pw, things that could go wrong and troubleshooting and area events.

We plan to rent this specific cabin from now on for all of our trips to Pigeon Forge.

PROS: the cabin is very spacious! The staff checked in several times and was so very nice!!! The hot tub was very relaxing and private. Everything was nice and clean ?

CONS: there is NO WIFI ???? the bathroom door from the bedroom doesn t close all the way or lock ???? the thermostat doesn t keep the cabin consistently cool. In the morning the temp starts out as set, but it increases as the day heats up. It ended up at 78 in the cabin on most afternoons. ???? the buttons on the tv remote in the bedroom don t all work you only have access to about 10 channels because of this.

This was our first time here and we came to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and the cabin was very nice and cozy for us. We definitely will be back and definitely be using Bear Camp Rentals again.

Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is to have more towels. Especially if the cabin has a hot tub like ours did.

The check-in and check-out was a breeze for us. The cabin was phenomenal and very much worth the cost. Everything was in top shape and will definitely come back to this company again!

We've used you guys for years and we are always pleased. The only request I have is to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to make a trip just for that. 🙁

Everyone was very nice to deal with and the cabin was beautiful. My suggestion would be to include a couple amenities, like soap and shampoo. Also, instructions for the thermostat and alarm system.

A great getaway from a couple looking for time together. We loved every minute of it.

Very nice and cozy, bed was so comfortable and furniture as well. comwebs need noticed by cleaning company. Wish all the blinds opened as well and not just pull up. Overall it was awesome and would come back anytime we loved every second of our 7 days!!

Overall it was an enjoyable experience. There were some cobwebs found on lighting fixtures and in corners and the bedroom ceiling fan seemed to only have a low speed. Other than that it was a great weekend.
