Convenient to all attractions. Clean and bright. Amazing fireplace, easy to use. Ample kitchen supplies, sufficient number of towels, furniture was comfortable and clean. We loved our 5 days here and will be back.

Cabin was great, had a great time, just need the house numbers on the mail box. it is hard to see address and cabin name from the road.

Rest assured was a comfortable home away from home. It was difficult to find after dark but was close to every thing we planned to do.

I can't even begin to describe how well our trip went. The cabin was great. The only issue we had was arriving after midnight and being unable to locate the cabin. Other than that, perfect.

Everything was great.....we absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. The cleanliness and friendliness was exceptional and we really appreciate everything.

First off I will start by saying that booking the location was super fast and easy. The property itself was relatively well maintained and spacious as well as comfortable. Overall the unit was clean and the location is quiet. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a later checkout time. Considering that check in isn't until 3:00pm and we didn't arrive until 4:30pm but had to checkout by 10:00am. Yes, you can extend your stay for a fee of $25 per half hour which sounds totally unreasonable but I understand business is business.

Our stay was perfect! We were provided with everything we needed! The home was clean and the beds were comfy! We would definitely stay again!

Cabin was nice and clean. Everything about renting the cabin to checking out was done online and was very easy to do. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rest Assured. We met my husband's family from Ohio and California here in Pigeon Forge whom we had had not seen in about 10 years! So nice to create memories with family. We appreciate your call to check on whether everything was to our satisfaction, which gave me the opportunity to advise that the smoke detector needed a battery change. Your service person came out quickly to rectify the issue. Awesome service! We will definitely book with Bear Camp again in the future. Thanks again!

A great place to stay.

The cottage (Rest Assured) was very clean and completely stocked with everything needed. Very clean and safe neighborhood as well. I would recommend having some games of some sort though.

This home was perfect for me and my Husband. Close to town but access to back roads for escaping to the mountains. Clean nice comfortable furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen. Back porch over looked the river. Nice hosts.

This was the second time that we have bad stayed in this cabin. Everything was wonderful. We have rented from Bear Camp for over five years and have never had a bad experience.

The reservation staff was very helpful considering that we made the reservation on the same day we checked in. The cabin was nice and close to everything , just wish that some simple items had been available in the cabin (i.e. hangers and slat/pepper), but we had a great time.

Our overall experience with your company was very good. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much. It was very conveniently located.. The first night we were there, we went out for dinner and it was dark when we returned. We could not find the cabin so we drove around lost for a few minutes. Thanks to my husbands since of direction we knew the river was in back of us. We finally found the cabin needless to say the next time we were going to be out after dark we made sure we left the porch light on. We did have a good laugh about our problem. But after all three are 80+ and 1 is 76. The ladies at the office were very friendly to us.

As a return customer, I will definitely be back and rent cabins using them.

As always we enjoyed our stay there, this is the 2nd time in the cabins on the river. Location was great, accommodations were everything you could ask for.

We have been staying with Bear Camp Rentals for many years now. Unfortunately, this time was not as great as before. Although the cabin was nice in appearance there is work that needs done. For example, the bed was so hard and needs updating, there were paint chips and smudges of finger prints (dirty) on the walls, the floors made our socks black, the steps up into the cabin were weak and railing wobbly, and little things. Not happy and was ready to leave.

We loved our cabin! Lots of room and amenities. We also used our discount card at several of the locations. The staff was very friendly and was quick to respond to any concerns. I would recommend getting wireless internet. We would have gladly paid an extra fee for this service. We will be staying here again!
