This cabin was perfect, except for the master bedroom didn t have a TV! It wasn t far from the parkway and all the attractions. The big screen in the living room and the hot tub were awesome. I would highly recommend this cabin!

My family had a great experience. We had one issue and they sent somebody to correct it right away. It was an amazing cabin, big enough for the whole family. We had a creek that ran through the backyard, it was very peaceful sitting on the porch listening to the water . Location was nice, close to town but far enough that you didn't feel overwhelmed with traffic. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the peace

The cabin has a beautiful view with the back wall lined in windows. First floor included a large couch, dining area and spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms are downstairs, each with a private bathroom (one does have a tub). Outside included a firepit, picnic bench and nice sized hot tub. Beware of the stairs when entering - they are DIRECTLY in front of the front door about 3 feet in! Customer service was great when we called with needs. We had a great time and would use this company again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear's Britches. It was a great cabin to have for a family reunion, as it had plenty of room for our 5 adult children and their families. We enjoyed being able to all stay together. The kitchen and dining tables were spacious and allowed us to dine together. The grand kids had fun in the nearby pool. Bears Britches was in a great location to drive to the attractions in Pigeon Forge. It was peaceful sitting out on the porch in the morning, drinking coffee, listening to the birds.

Fabulous Cabin! Checked all the boxes. Nice and clean. There were 13 of us from 4 years old to 60. We all had king size beds to sleep in, which was such a plus. The game room and movie room were a blast. There was a truly fully loaded kitchen, with a huge island. Plently of seating. If you want to see bears, this is the place! We learned quickly to always be watching. It was so cool to see. We loved how private and somewhat secluded it was. We could take long walks on the cool mornings while others were still sleeping. The huge decks provided nice space for socializing or early morning coffee. The decor was really nice as well. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this cabin. The beds were comfortable the place was spotless and the decor was modern yet felt like a cabin. We stayed for 6 days and it felt like home. The climb up the mountain was a little scary but we got the hang of it and it was worth the fantastic views once you got to the top.
Kitchen came fully equipped and even had a few supplies for the campfire. We made a life time of memories between the fire pit, hot tub, balcony, cornhole and a few board games.
We saw some bears too!!! LOVED our stay here. Would stay again.
The only negative is the weird upstairs bathroom configuration. Not a fan of barn doors for bathrooms and there should be a wall instead of a curtain. But overall I was more than pleased.

We enjoyed this cabin very much. Everything was easy to find in the house. We had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower (had to pull the tub spout) but getting someone out to help was as easy as calling the 800 number. Everything was clean, the view was beautiful and the hot tub was great way to end the day. The free tickets were a bonus and the kids and I loved Dollywood.

The Views!!! Plenty of room for the whole family. Private, lots of space, easy to get to, lots of activities: Great Theater Room, Pool Table, 2 sit down Video Machines, Air Hockey, Bar with mini fridge and did I mention the views? Plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, new grill. There were no pot holders. Outside griddle/bar area is not really usable but has counter space & beautiful stone work which is throughout house. The Master BR closet is huge! The shower is phenomenal with tons of jets!

Do to a pressing need somewhere else I was not able to enjoy the cabin myself, but I allowed my adult son and his family to enjoy the cabin and they were very happy for sure, and will probably return again someday soon. The only thing they found to be a problem was Sat, morning they went to get a few things from the car and as the son was returning to the cabin a mother black bear and her 3 cubs went straight to the car and opened the drivers door to find snacks she must have smelled. Momma bear did a quick search for the snacks and the cubs played with the drivers door for a bit before they all left back to the woods. No damage of any kind but a word of advice would be to keep the doors locked and the windows up as she knew well how to open the door with her mouth and pull the door open, Great pictures were taken by my family.

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay in this cute little cabin. It was a quiet haven in the Smoky Mountains and was convenient to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove. The screened in porch, wrap around deck, and hot tub were great spaces to savor the outdoors.

Cabin accommodations were on point and the view from the wrap around porch were spectacular. We did have a mama bear visit us when we arrived and again while we were leaving. Luckily she just sniffed around the porch and went on her way. This cabin is perfect for 1-4 people. The only drawback is the super steep hill on which the cabin sits, but when you want a Mountain View, you kind of expect it. Would definitely rent this cabin again!!!

Best Vacation Rental for Family vacation. Cabin is even nicer than photos. Easy check in and check out. Our family and pups stayed Memorial Day weekend thru Wednesday 2024. The cabin was perfect for our big family of 16 total kids and adults. Cabin was spotless and everything worked. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The hot tub was an added plus especially to the kids. 6 bedrooms with King Size Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the arcade room. The adults loved the theater room with huge TV to play Xbox and Playstation with multiple players/split screens. The kitchen had the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have stayed in previously. Everything we needed, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen appliances were there and high end digital displays. Fridge and Microwave on each floor to save trips down to the kitchen. Parking for 3 SUV's, Full size truck, and small car fit in driveway with no issues. Free tickets were a huge plus. Calling Xplorie to set up free tickets was easy with no strings attached. We used the free ticket to Dollywood and discounts for Ober Gatlinburg. The cabin is convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Grocery pick up from Walmart was easy scheduled for day of arrival. Restaurants, Publix, Hometown Market Walmart and Buc-EEs is within minutes of cabin. I highly recommend staying at Cozy Bear Lodge and will stay again on our next vacation to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

The cabin was up a long steep hill and able paved parking with a grill and locked garbage disposal cans. The lower level has a hot tub screened in and also deck and patio area. We loved our stay at the Chasing Fireflies Treehouse! It was clean and well maintained. The process was well organized. The treehouse offered awesome views & had a very cozy vibe. It was quite private despite having a neighboring treehouse built so close by. I only have two suggestions to make. 1) Bring plenty of insect repellent to wear while relaxing on the porch. The "no-see-ums" feasted on us the first evening we were there. I'm talkin full-on feast mode! There's a dollar general a few minutes away so no worries if you forget to pack some. 2) Pack light! We didn't & those stairs were a doozy with a massive suitcase, cooler, & such, in tow. The treehouse contains a washer and dryer combo. If we do it again, we'll definitely pack lighter and wash clothes as we go.

The Panoramic View cabin is awesome, and the view of the mountains is second to none. It is extremely relaxing and rewarding just to sit out on the back deck rockers and enjoy the view. We've now stayed at this cabin twice; the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is due to a few issues with our most recent stay. Overall though, this cabin is excellent.

We loved this cabin so much. Close to the parkway but far enough for peace and quiet. The subdivision seemed very well kept and we felt very safe staying here. My kids loved the bunk beds and didn't want to leave. The only thing I would change to make this cabin more perfect would be a tub to bathe my kids although they didn't mind playing in the shower. We would have zero problems staying here again. We even got free tickets to Dollywood and Wonder works by booking through Xplorie.

I gave 5 stars because the house is exactly as advertised! The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and cozy. This house may not be for elderly because of the steps, though. My wife and I spent a few days at The Good Life at the tail-end of a house-hunting trip to Knoxville area. The cabin was spectacular, views were amazing, and this cabin in particular has perfect proximity to dozens of really awesome hikes (within 30min drive). Would definitely stay again.
